🥗 Beginner Workout Diet Plan (Muscle Gain / Fat Loss ke liye balanced)

Morning

Morning (7–8 AM) 1 glass warm water (lemon + honey optional) 5–6 soaked almonds + 2 walnuts (Optional) 1 boiled egg / 1 banana

Breakfast (8–9 AM)

4 egg whites + 1 whole egg OR paneer bhurji / sprouts 2–3 chapati / oats / poha / upma 1 glass milk / curd

Mid-Morning Snack (11 AM)

1 seasonal fruit (apple, papaya, banana, orange) Green tea / black coffee (without sugar)

Lunch (1–2 PM)

2–3 chapati (multigrain) or 1 medium bowl rice 1 bowl dal / rajma / chole 1 bowl sabzi (green veggies preferred) 1 bowl salad (cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion) 1 small bowl curd
